Reply not filed by the defendants to the application of
the plaintiff under Order VII Rule 14 read with Section 151 CPC in
compliance of previous order.
Ld. Counsel for the defendants seeks some time to file
reply to the same.
Let reply, if any, be filed within 15 days with advance to
the opposite party.
Two applications, (i) under Order VIII Rule 10 read with
Section 151 CPC for closing the right of defendant no. 2 and 3 to file
Written Statement filed online and (ii) application for submission of
documents mentioned in the list of documents filed on behalf of
plaintiff. Copy already supplied.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that
he wishes to withdraw the application for submission of documents
filed today due to technical error with liberty to file afresh.

In view of submissions of Ld. Counsel, the application
for submission of documents (IA no. 7/2026) is dismissed as
withdrawn.
Part arguments heard on the separate applications filed
under Order VII Rule 11 CPC by the defendant no. 1 and defendants
no. 2 and 3 as well as application under Order VI Rule 16 CPC filed
on behalf of defendant no. 3.
Put up for consideration on the applications under Order
VII Rule 11 CPC by the defendant no. 1 and defendants no. 2 and 3 as
well as application under order VI Rule 16 CPC on 21.05.2026.
Interim order dated 21.08.2025 to continue till the next
date of hearing.
