File taken up today on two applications under Section 151 CPC filed
on behalf of the plaintiff.
Present : Sh. R.K. Pandey, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
The present are the applications under Section 151 CPC
for (i) urgent and early/preponed hearing and (ii)
correction/modification of order dated 30.10.2025 filed on behalf of
the plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that he
wishes to withdraw the application under Section 151 CPC for urgent
and early/preponed hearing.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has
been recorded to this effect.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff,
the application under Section 151 CPC for urgent and early/preponed
hearing is dismissed as withdrawn.
By way of the another application under Section 151
CPC, the plaintiff is seeking correction/modification in the order dated
30.10.2025.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that
the interim order granted earlier vide order dated 21.08.2025 as
extended has not been mentioned in the order dated 30.10.2025 and
prayed for correction/modification in the said order.
Heard. Record perused.
Though until and unless of revocation of interim order is

revoked by any order, the interim order shall continue. However, since
the application has been filed by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, it is
directed that the “Interim order dated 21.08.2025 to continue till the
next date of hearing”.
Applications are disposed of accordingly.
Be listed on the date already fixed i.e. 15.01.2026.
