Present: DH in person.
JD’s in person.
Despite service of the notice upon the concerned Bank Manager i.e.
Bank of Baroda Asif Ali Road, Delhi, the concerned Bank Manager is not present
before the court and neither the bank account statement with respect to bank
account nos 00930100017864 & also 00930100018038 in the name of Md Ali S/o
Sh Imtiaz Ahmed and Sh Manoj Kumar S/o Sh Tika Ram have been filed.
Let bailable warrants be issued against the concerned Bank Manager
i.e. Bank of Baroda Asif Ali Road, Delhi to the tune of Rs 5,000/- with one surety
in the like amount for the NDOH.
The JD’s i.e. Sh Mohd Ali and Sh Manoj Kumar are present before the
court who are directed to show cause as to why they be not arrested who are also
directed to file their list of immovable and movable properties in terms of Order 21
Rule 41 CPC. The DH is directed to deposit the subsistence allowance as per rules
before the NDOH.
The JD’s i.e. Sh Mohd Ali and Sh Manoj Kumar are directed to
remain present before the court on the NDOH failing which non bailable warrants
would be issued.
