The DH present in the Court confirms that he has received a further
amount of Rs. 2,65,000/-. It is further submitted by the DH present in the Court
that he has received the entire decreetal/settled amount from the JDs and nothing
remains due and payable by any of the JDs.
With the satisfaction of the decree the warrants of attachment issued
against the bank account of JD no.2 bearing No. 00930100018038 maintained
with Bank of Baroda, Asaf Ali, Delhi- 110002 and also against the bank account of
JD No.1 bearing No. 0093010007864 maintained with Bank of Baroda, Asaf Ali,
Delhi- 110002 are recalled and the concerned Bank Manager is directed to de-
freeze the said bank accounts forthwith. Copy of order be sent to the concerned
bank for necessary compliance.
Separate statement of the JD is recorded to this effect.
The present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied.
File be consigned to Record Room.
