Present :- Mr. Balraj, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs along with
plaintiff no. 1.

Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 to 6 with
defendant no. 6 in person.
As per endorsement made by Ahlmad on the
previous ordersheet, all defendants have been duly served.
In between, written statement on behalf of defendant
no. 1 to 6, documents, vakalatnama and affidavit of A/D filed.
Copy is stated to be supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has not
been supplied with the clear copies of the photographs. Ld.
Counsel for the defendant is directed to supply clear photographs
to the plaintiff within a period of three days from today against
proper acknowledgment.
Replication, if any, be filed within a period of two
weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite side against
acknowledgment.
Plaintiff is directed to file his affidait of A/D of
documents.
It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that they
will neither sell nor create any third party interest qua the suit
property till the disposal of the present suit. Separate statement of
parties has been recorded to this effect.

In view of the separate statement made on behalf of
plaintiff and defendant, the application U/O XXXIX Rule 1 and 2
CPC is disposed off as allowed and both the parties are restrained
from selling or creating any third party interest in the suit
property i.e. Block No. G, H. No. 76, First Floor, Aruna Nagar,
Majnu Ka Teela, Delhi- 110 054 ad-mesuring 84 Sq. yds, till the
disposal of the present suit.
