None for accused persons.
Steps not taken by the complainant company in terms of
previous order.
Today, verification report filed by the complainant,
wherein, it is mentioned that accused Manoj Yadav owner of premises,
accused Mukesh Yadav and Ganesh are tenant at site. They all are stay at
the same site and plastic cutting work running at site and no electricity
meter installed at the site.
AR for the complainant submits that connected case of
accused persons bearing Ct. case no. 970/23 titled as BRPL Vs. Ganesh
Yadav & Anr. disposed of on 15.05.2026 (impugned bill in the present
case of Rs. 1 crore and 83 lakhs) with further request to issue NBW
against the accused persons as they are avoiding the services of
summons.
Report perused.
In view of the facts that earlier same accused persons were
declared proclaimed absconder and as per re-verification report, it would
be appropriate to give directions to the complainant to call process server
who prepared verification report and SHO concerned is directed to file
progress report in respect to the connected case bearing Ct. case no.
970/23, titled as BRPL Vs. Ganesh Yadav & Anr, FIR no. 177/26
dated 13.05.2026 u/s 209 BNS.
Let the case file bearing Ct. case no. 970/23 be
summoned from record room with the present case file on the next date
of hearing.
List the matter for further proceedings on 22.10.2026.
Naib court is apprised about the order.
