application against the award is not maintainable without pre-
depositing 75% of the awarded amount.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has to
take instructions for the same.
Petitioner/applicant to deposit 75% of the awarded
amount, failing which application would be held not entertainable
in view of section 19 of MSMED Act.
It is clarified that there is no stay against execution of
the awarded amount.
