defendant. He stated that he has compromised the
suit with the defendant at Rs. 4,00,000/- as full and
final settlement. He stated that he has received DD
No. 015067 dated 30.10.2023 in the sum of Rs.
4,00,000/- in favour of M/s Laxmi Enterprises
towards full and final satisfaction of his claim in the
present suit. He stated that suit may be disposed off
as compromised. His statement is recorded to this
effect. Accordingly, the suit is disposed off as
