“no such person at this address and left without address”. As per
plaintiff, no other address of the defendant is available despite
efforts. I am satisfied that defendant cannot be served by ordinary
process. The application is allowed.
Let the defendant be served by way of publication in
the newspaper in Statesman on PF as well as by way of affixation
at last known address for 25.01.2024. Process be given dasti as
requested.
