Present : None for DH despite several calls.
Record perused. The execution petition is accompanied by
an application u/O.XXI Rule 5 & 6 read with section 151 CPC praying
for issuance of Transfer Certificate. It is pleaded that the movable and
immovable property of the JD are situated at Bhuj, Katch, Gujarat and
it is prayed that a Transfer Certificate be issued.
In view of the aforesaid contentions, the application under
consideration is allowed. Let a Transfer Certificate be issued as per
rules.
