Report is received forwarded by the SHO PS Sadar
Bazar that FIR No 5/26 has been registered in the matter on
03.01.2026 and the investigation is under progress.
Complaint to SHO PS Sadar Bazar was given on
02.12.2024. The police has taken about 13 months for intitation of
investigations.
The office of DCP Central was also approached by way
of representation dated 26.06.2025 through email as the SHO PS
Sadar Bazar failed to take action on the complaint in accordance
with law. The concerned office who was to be approached is of
DCP, North. The matter is brought into the notice of DCP, North to
inquire and to explain the reasons for delay in initiation in
investigations.
