Perusal of record shows that the objections on behalf of
the JD stood filed on 19.01.2026. As transpires from the ordersheet
dated 16.01.2026, the same are stated to have already been e-filed.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the DH upon instructions
submits that he does not intend to file any reply qua the objection of
JD and would straightaway argue the same.
In view of the submissions, the objections dated
20.12.2025 which stood filed on 19.01.2026 are taken upon for
consideration.
