Reportedly, site plan has been filed on behalf of the DH on 12.11.2025. As transpires from the record, the DH was directed to file the legible site plan on the last date of hearing. As the same stands filed in compliance of previous order, same is taken on record. At request, be awaited for the appearance of the Ld Counsel for LRs of JD at 12.30 pm. Sumit Gaba, ld. counsel for all the LRs of JD Smt. Bhagwati Devi (appearing through VC) alongwith LRs Shanti Devi and Babita in person. At t his stage, Ld Counsel for JD submits that he has not received the copy of the site plan to which Ld Counsel for DH submits that he has already supplied the copy of the same through registered post to the Ld Counsel and a corresponding -- 1 of 2 -- postal receipt is also annexed with the site plan. However, to cut short the controversy, he submits that he would again supply the same. Let the same be supplied within two days to the Ld Counsel for the JD at his chamber.
