(appearing through VC) and Ms. Nirmala Gupta, daughter of DH in person. Sh. Sumit Gaba, ld. counsel for all the LRs of JD Smt. Bhagwati Devi alongwith LRs Shanti Devi and Babita in person. Vakalatnama is filed on behalf of the two of the LRs namely Shanti Devi and Babita of deceased JD Smt. Bhagwati Devi. Same be taken on record. Ld. counsel Sh. Sumit Gaba undertakes to file the vakalatnama on behalf of rest of the LRs of JD/Smt. Bhagwati Devi on the next date of hearing. Let the same be submitted as undertaken. At this stage, Civil Nazir report perused. At this stage, ld. counsel for LRs of deceased JD submits that the site plan as annexed at page no.50 of the paper book is not legible and prays for direction to the DH to supply the legible copy of the same. Having perused the said site plan, this Court is in agreement with the submissions of the ld. counsel for the LRs of the JD in as much as even the certified copy of the site plan which has been placed on the judicial record, is not legible/clear. In view of this observation, DH is directed to file true typed coloured copy of the same on the judicial record alongwith the copy (coloured) of the same to the JD within a week from today and thereafter, reply/objections, if any, be filed on or before the next date of hearing with advance copy to the opposite party.
