Tushar Bisht, Ld proxy Counsel for Sh. Sumit Gaba, Ld. counsel for LRs of the JD namely Smt. Bhagwati Devi alongwith two of the LRs namely Babita and Shanti Devi in person. Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated 06.05.2026, the objections filed on behalf of the LRs of the JD and in particular, one of the LR of the JD namely Ms. Babita (on behalf of all the LRs of the JD) stood dismissed. As such, there is no impediment in proceeding with the present proceedings. At this stage, Ld Counsel for the DH submits that the Decree Holder has expired in March,2026 and he needs a short adjournment to move an appropriate application seeking the substitution of the LRs of the DH and to proceed further in the present execution. Heard. As the DH is stated to have expired and the LRs are yet to be substituted, let the matter be adjourned for further proceedings/taking steps for the substitution of the LRs. Let the steps, if any, be taken within a week.
