Heard arguments on the point of issues. On the basis
of the pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed :
1. Whether the deceased suffered fatal
injuries in an accident that took place on
19.01.2025 at about 2:00 to 2:30 am in
front of Bajaj Agency, Meerut Baghpat
National Highway 334B, near Baleni Toll
Plaza, Baleni Baghpat involving vehicle
bearing registration no. RJ-52GB-5088
driven rashly and negligently by
respondent no.1 Bablu Chamar, owned by
respondent no.2 Dhairya Logistics and
insured with respondent no.3 The Oriental
Insurance Co. Ltd. ? OPP
2. Whether the petitioner(s) are entitled
for compensation? If so, to what amount
and from whom? OPP
