Replication along with affidavit of admission/denial
of the additional documents filed by the defendant filed by the

On the pleadings of the parties, following issues are
framed:-
1. Whether plaintiff is entitled to recovery of the
suit amount? OPP.
2. Whether plaintiff is entitled to interest? If yes,
at what rate and for what period? OPP.
3. Whether any MOU dated 05.04.2011,
01.05.2013 and 01.04.2013 were executed
between Late Sh. Rajender Prasad Gupta and
defendant, if yes to what effect. ? OPD.
4. Relief
No other issue arises nor pressed. Parties are
directed to file their list of witnesses within 2 weeks and
affidavits of evidence of their witnesses within 4 weeks from
today with advance copy to the other side.
Put up for filing the list of witnesses as per the
Commercial Courts Act on 30.04.2024.
