Fresh suit received through e-filing by way of random allocation
through computer system. It be checked and registered as per
rules.
Present: Ld. Proxy Counsel for plaintiff.
Hard copies of the plaint and other documents have
been filed today. The suit is found accompanied by statement of
truth, non-starter report and court fee. Let Reader to report
regarding adequacy of court fee.
Issue summons of the suit, as well as notice of the
accompanying application(s), if any, with all the annexed
documents to the defendant(s) at the given address(es) of
defendant(s) by all prescribed modes returnable for next date of
hearing on filing of process fee by the plaintiff. In case any
address of the defendant(s) is of outstation, the ordinary process
be sent through the Ld. Principal District Judge concerned.
