Steps for issuance of fresh summons to defendants
for today have not been taken. Summons issued to defendants no.
1 and 3 for the previous date through ordinary mode and even the
summons sent to them through postal mode have yet not been
received back either served or unserved.
However, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff states that postal
process earlier sent to above two defendants has remained
unserved as per the tracking reports thereof, which she had
viewed on from the website of postal department. Summons sent
earlier to defendant no. 2 for previous date were received
unserved with report that he was not found present at the said
address.
One application on behalf of plaintiff furnishing
fresh address of defendants no. 1 and 3 is on record, along with
an amended memo of parties. It is stated by Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff that previous addresses of defendants no. 1 and 3 have
been substituted in amended memo of parties as these defendants
do not exist at the said addresses. The fresh addresses of these
two defendants and the amended memo of parties are taken on
record.

Let fresh summons to all the three defendants, at the
addresses given in amended memo of parties, be now issued
through all prescribed modes, on filing PF/RC for 27.10.2025. PF
be filed within a week from today.
