Ld. Counsel for the JD has filed an application under Section 151
CPC. Advance copy is stated to have been supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the JD seeks to withdraw the earlier application
filed by him on 18.12.2025, stating that the present application is substantially
on similar grounds. Endorsement to this effect has been made by the Ld.
Counsel for JD on the application itself.
In view of the same, the application under Section 151 CPC as
filed on 18.12.2025 is disposed off as withdrawn.
Application disposed off accordingly.
Ld. Counsel for the DH seeks time to file the reply to the
application as filed today.
On request, time is given.
Reply, if any, be filed within 30 days from today with advance
copy of the same to the opposite side.
