Perusal of the record shows that in furtherance of the warrant of
attachment, a bankers cheque bearing 346218 dt 18.09.2023 amounting Rs
3,54,804 has been received.
It is submitted by the DH that on receipt of the said amount the present
execution petition stands satisfied.
Separate statement of the DH has been recorded to this effect.
Copy of the Office I-Card and Adhaar Card of the DH is taken on
record.
Let the bankers cheque be released to the DH against due
acknowledgement.
In light of the separate statement recorded, the present execution
petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
File be consigned to record room, after necessary legal formalities.
Earlier date i.e. 13.10.2023 stands canceled.

Ld. Counsel for the DH has moved an application furnishing the bank
account of the JD for attachment of bank account of the JD.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
In view of the same, issue warrants of attachment against the bank
account of the JD bearing no. 41010068213, State Bank of India, Chandni Chowk,
Delhi06 in respect of the awarded amount on filing of PF and affidavit stating that
no appeal is pending against the judgment from which the present execution has
arisen or if pending then the proceedings of the present execution have not been
stayed.
