Ld Counsel for defendant submits that plaintiff is in the habit
of forum shopping and heavy cost be imposed upon him. Ld Counsel for
plaintiff submits that previous counsel wrongly legally advised the plaintiff
and accordingly he has filed the present suit and therefore, plaintiff cannot
be forced to face the consequences of legal advise given by previous
counsel.
In view of the submissions and reasons as mentioned in the
application, same stands allowed. Let statement of plaintiff be recorded in
this regard.

In view of the statement of plaintiff, the present case stands
dismissed as withdrawn.
