Notice of JD from address no. 1 has been sent back
unserved by the process server with the report that on the given
place, he found a five storeyed house but did not find JD residing
at any of the floors.
Report from second address is that the nearby inhabitants
told him that house numbers in that street were from 600 – 700
and they further told that a person namely Rihan was running a
Kirana store in house no. 558 and that he should go to him and
enquire about house no. 557. Thereafter, the process server went
to Rihan Kirana Store who told that the number of the house
abutting his house is also 558 and not 557 and owner was one
Md. Hussain. He did not find any person namely Mr. Yusuf
Anwar Khan/JD residing in that area.
RC from second address received back unserved with the
report ‘unclaimed’. RC from first address also received back
unserved without any endorsement.
Counsel for DH seeks adjournment for taking instruction
whether it would like to withdraw the execution petition or not.
