Fresh revision petition received by way of e-filing/
assignment. It be checked and registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. Pankaj, Ld. proxy counsel for counsel for the
revisionist.
Sh. Parvesh Ranga, Ld. Addl. PP for the State/
respondent No.1.
This Court is looking after the work of Bail Duty
Roster and also looking after the work of Ld. Link Court.
Hard copy of the present revision petition, application
for condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition and
annexures have been filed by proxy counsel for counsel for the
revisionist.
It is submitted by proxy counsel for counsel for the
revisionist that main counsel is not available today due to some urgent
work and he will appear on the next date of hearing.
It is submitted by prox`y counsel for counsel for the
revisionist that he will supply the copy of the present revision petition,
application for condonation of delay and anexures within a week to
the Addl. PP for the State/ respondent No.1.
Issue notice of the aforesaid application and the present
present revision petition to the respondent No.2, on filing of PF,
through speed post/ approved courier/ whatsapp/ e-mail, for the next
date of hearing. Steps for service be taken within a week.

Put up the matter for service of the respondent No.2 and
reply/ arguments on 11/10/2023. Date of 11/10/2023 is given at
specific request and convenience of proxy counsel for counsel for the
revisionist.

Court.
