Present : Mr. Vipin Dilawari, Ld. Counsel for the revisionist.
The present revision petition has been preferred
against order dated 26.02.2026, passed by Ld. JMFC-04, Central,
Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the Ld. Trial Court while
framing notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C./Section 274 BNSS,
also recorded the admission/denial of the revisionist under
section 294 Cr.P.C./Section 330 BNSS.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the revisionist that
the procedure adopted by the Ld. Trial Court is in contravention
to the provisions of law in as much as the Ld. Trial Court
proceeded to frame the notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C./Section
274 BNSS against the revisionist by means of impugned order
despite the fact that the notice was earlier framed by the Ld. Trial
Court in the same proceedings on 06.02.2020.
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist has briefed this Court
facts of the present case and grounds of filing the present
revision.
Heard. Perused.
Issue notice of the petition to the respondent no. 1
on PF, through registered post, approved courier, Whatsapp and
e-mail for the next date of hearing.
In the interest of justice, list for further proceedings
on 02.07.2026.

Further, for the reasons so stated in the revisionist’s
application, arguments addressed and the grounds of challenge,
proceedings before the Ld. Trial Court are stayed till the next
date of hearing.

dasti to Ld. Counsel
for the revisionist.
A copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Trial Court
for information and compliance.
TCR be requisitioned two days, prior to the next
date of hearing.
