Considering the complaint, documents annexed with it,
I am of view that there are sufficient grounds to proceed further
against accused no. 1 Amir Ali for the offence punishable under
Section 135 of Electricity Act, 2003 and against accused no. 2
Shamshad Ali for the offence punishable under Section 135 read
with 150 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Notice of accusation has been
explained to the accused persons for the offences mentioned above
to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
