Copy of the same stands supplied to the accused
persons namely Raj Bhan and Mohd. Nasrul.
Copy of supplementary chargesheet be supplied to
accused Mohd. Aakil on NDOH.
Let fresh production warrants be issued against
accused Mohd. Aakil, who is lodged in JC in some other FIR.
At the same time, let fresh death verification report
be called from concerned SHO qua the accused Uttam for
NDOH.
IO be summoned afresh through SHO concerned for
NDOH.
