None for JD. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the DH, upon instructions, submits that the DH has been continuously receiving payments through online mode by way of salary deductions from the Judgment Debtor, and that a sum of Rs.1,16,000/- has been received till date towards partial satisfaction of the decretal amount. A further perusal of the record reflects that a cheque bearing No. 412064 dated 11.11.2025 for a sum of Rs.12,800/-, drawn on SBI, I.P. Estate, in favour of the Decree Holder, namely Sh. Neeraj Nath Sharma, is also there on record. As per the endorsement, the said cheque was received on 17.11.2025 and forms part of the execution record. To this observation, Ld. counsel for the DH submits that appropriate steps would be taken for seeking release and/or revalidation of the said cheque, as may be required in accordance with rules and procedure. Let the appropriate application for release/revalidation of the cheque be filed.
