JD i.e. Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Deen
Dayal Upadhyay Marg (appearing through VC)
Report of Civil Nazir perused.
It is reported that two cheques bearing no. 411940 dated
18.06.2025 and another bearing no. 411958 dated 04.07.2025 both
for the sum of Rs. 12,800/- each and drawn on SBI, I.P.Estate,
Delhi have been received on 25.06.2025 and 10.07.2025
respectively and are kept on record.
At this stage, Ld Counsel for the DH prays for release of
said cheques in favour of Decree Holder. Let the same be released
to the Decree Holder/ Ld Counsel for the DH as per rules.
At this stage, Ld Counsel for the employer of JD i.e.
Comptroller & Auditor General of India acknowledges to have
received the bank account details of Decree Holder. He further
submits that steps would be taken to directly remit the monthly
salary deduction in the account of Decree Holder.
In view of the submissions, let the matter be adjourned
for compliance on 27.09.2025.
