The present revision petition is filed against the order on
charge dated 18.02.2026 passed by Ld. ACJM (Special Acts), Central.
Various grounds have been mentioned in the petition to challenge the
impugned order.
It is submitted that trial court has fixed the matter for
26.06.2026 for framing of formal charges against the accused persons.
Since the present revision is pending before this court
and respondent is seeking time to file reply, it is appropriate if trial
courts proceedings are stayed till further orders.
Accordingly, it is ordered that proceedings before trial
court are stayed till further orders.
Let reply be filed by the respondent by the next date of
hearing with advance copy to the other side.
Put up for filing of reply and for further consideration/
arguments on 25.07.2026.
Copy of order be sent to the trial court.
Copy of order be given dasti to the counsel for
petitioner.
