to withdraw the present petition has been filed on behalf of the
revisionist/defendant along with copy of letter to Branch Manager,
PNB Bank, Chawari Bazari, Delhi, copy of voucher of deposition
payment, copy of clearance cheque no. 434074 of Rs. 1,75,000/-
and copy of cheque of Rs. 1,75,000/- dated 06.08.2024.
Counsel for revisionist/defendant submits that the
present matter has been settled between the parties in the Bank Lok
Adalat and he has instruction from the revisionist/defendant to
withdraw the present matter. Let the statement of counsel for
revisionist/defendant be recorded.
