The case file reveals that vide order dated 05.09.2025
accused Banti was acquitted. It is also reveals that applicant Muneeb
Akhtar gave the RC no. DL5SCW5855 as a surety for the accused
Banti.
As per the report of Ahlmad, there is no appeal pending
in the abovementioned matter.
Accordingly, surety is already discharged. His original
documents / RC be returned after cancellation of endorsement, if any,
on the documents against proper receipt. The application stands
disposed off accordingly.
