alongwith the screenshot of whatsapp chat, relevant certificate
u/s 63 of BSA and under Order XI Rule 6(3) has been filed on
21.01.2026 (e-filed on 20.01.2026). Advance copy is stated to
have already been supplied and is stated to be received on
yesterday only.
Some time is sought on behalf of the plaintiff to file
reply to the application, stating that main counsel is at Dwarka
Court.

Plaintiff to file the reply to the application under
Order XI Rule 5(1) of the Commercial Court Act read with
section 151 of CPC on or before the next date of hearing with
supply of advance copy to the other party at least 03 days before
the next date of hearing.
As prayed, be put up for reply/ arguments on the
application under Order XI Rule 5(1) of the Commercial Court
Act read with section 151 of CPC on 07.02.2026.
