Matter is today fixed for report of filing of written
statement/replication/affidavit of admission/denial of documents,
admission/denial, framing of issues and case management hearing.
Hard copy of written statement alongwith the
statement of truth and affidavit of admission/ denial of documents
have already been filed on 12.08.2025. E-copy is stated to have
been filed on even date. Advance copy is stated to have already
been supplied on 12.08.2025 itself. Spare hard copy is placed on
record and be supplied to the plaintiff against the receipt.
No replication has been filed.
It is second call. It is already 12.00 Noon.
Plaintiff to file the replication, if any, affidavit of
admission/ denial of documents filed on behalf of the defendant on
or before the next date of hearing with supply of advance copy
thereof, failing which, a costs of Rs.10,000/- shall be deposited with
DLSA, Central District.
As prayed, be put up for report of filing of replication,
if any, admission/ denial of documents, framing of issues and case
management hearing on 18.09.2025.
