defendant no.2 along with statement of truth and supporting
affidavit filed on behalf of plaintiff.
Evidence by way of affidavits of plaintiff Pawan
Garg and Momin Khan filed on behalf of plaintiff.
PW1 Pawan Garg is examined in chief partly and his
further examination-in-chief deferred at request of Learned
Counsel for plaintiff.
It is submitted by Learned Sh.M.K.Miglani that the
defendant has filed a case for cancellation of copyright of the
plaintiff which are subject matter of the present suit. He submits
that it would be better that the proceedings of the present case be
stayed as the entire exercise in the suit may be futile, if the
defendant succeeds before the Hon’ble High Court.
Ld. Sh.P.K.Jain has opposed the submission of
Learned Sh.M.K.Miglani for staying the proceedings.
At request of Sh.M.K.Miglani, matter be put up on
15.01.2026.
All the dates given earlier, as per case management
hearing, are hereby cancelled.
Put up for remaining PE on 15.01.2026.
