Two cheques have been received on attachment of the salary
account of the JD. It is submitted by Sh. Anantnag Ramteke, Bank
Manager, Canara Bank that in the attachment order, the name of the account
holder has been mentioned as Rama Shankar Mehto. It is submitted by ld.
counsel for DH that she has another case against the said person Rama
Shanakar Mehto. Nazir is directed to be careful in future.
One statement of account also filed by the Bank Manager
showing that the balance in the account is Rs. 1,45,088.81.
Copy of the application of the JD for de-freezing of the bank
account given to ld. counsel for DH.
Issue fresh warrants of attachment of bank account and salary
account of the JD as per the particulars given by the DH on PF and also put
up for reply and arguments on the application on 08.01.2026.

Copy of the reply be supplied to ld. counsel for JD at least one
week in advance.
