Upon pleadings of the parties following issues are
framed:
(i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for money decree of recovery of
Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lacs Only) with pendentlite and future
interest @ 18% per annum from filing of this suit till its realization ?

(ii) Whether the plaintiff is also entitled for money decree of Rs.
10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) for interior expenses along with i
with pendentlite and future interest @ 18% per annum from filing of
this suit till its realization ? OPP
(iii) Whether the plaintiff is also entitled for money decree of Rs.
15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lacs Only) for damages and compensation
with with pendentlite and future interest @ 18% per annum from filing
of this suit till its realization ? OPP
(iv) Relief, if any.
No other issues arises or pressed by any of the parties.
Plaintiff is directed to file list of witnesses within the
stipulated period.
