Fresh commercial suit received by way of assignment.
It be checked and registered.
Pr: Sh. Madhav Kumar, counsel for the plaintiff.
It is accompanied by statement of truth, court-fees and
non-starter report.
Reader is required to report about the adequacy of the
court-fees.
Issue fresh summons to the defendant by three modes.
First shall be RC directly, 2nd through the nazarat branch of
district Jammu court and 3rd through whatsapp on filing of PF &
RC alongwith fresh memo of parties within seven days from
today, returnable on 29-07-2024, directing the defendant to file
written statement within 30 days from the date of service with
advance copy to the opposite party.
Request letter in the name of the Ld. District Judge,
Jammu be sent alongwith summons.
Plaintiff is directed to give three envelopes with stamps so
that process server may send the report to this court by next date.
The first envelope shall bear the address of the defendant, 2nd
shall bear the address of Jammu court and 3rd shall bear the
address of this court in which the Jammu Court shall send back

hard copy of the service report to this court by next date and soft
copy on e-mail ID of this court after service/non-service of the
summonses. E-mail ID of this court be mentioned in the
summons itself in bold letters with a specific direction to the
serving branch that service report in soft form is to be sent on
that e-mail ID.
