In view of the grounds mentioned in the application and in
the interest of justice, NBW issued against accused Gaurav @ Haddi stands
cancelled with a direction to the accused to be careful in future.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
In view of the fact that counsel for accused Pawan is not
available today as he is a Legal Aid Counsel and has gone for a training and
on request of counsel for accused Kamal Singh @ Langda, put up for
arguments on charge as well as on application of accused Kamal Singh @
Langda seeking discharge for the NDOH.
