Summon issued to PW Gobre Singh are received
back with the report that he has expired. Copy of the death
certificate is stated to be attached but no such certificate has been
attached. Notice be issued to the IO to verify the death of PW
Gobre Singh and to report on the NDOH.
Summon issued to PW Sanjay Singh are received
back duly served through whatsapp but he has not appeared. On
being contacted by the Naib Court, he expressed inability to
appear as he is in Lucknow.
PW5 and PW6 examined and discharged.
PW Sanjay Singh be summoned for PE for
06.08.2026.
PWs at serial no.2, 12 and 15 be also summoned for
the date fixed.

An application was filed on behalf of accused Kamal
Singh @ Langda in response to which, it has been informed that
requisition letter for procuring the belt for his prosthetic leg has
been sent and it shall be provided to him. The application is kept
pending for the NDOH.
