PW/Insp. Jasbir Singh in person.
Matter is fixed for recording PE.
For the reasons mentioned in the application filed on behalf of
accused namely Prem Thapa the request seeking exemption from her personal
appearance stands allowed for today, subject to the condition that the said
accused shall not dispute his identity qua the witness to be examined today.
Insp. Jasbir Singh examined as PW-1. His cross examination
stands deferred on the ground that Ld. Counsel for accused namely Mohd.
Jameel is not available today.
At this stage, accused namely Mohd. Jameel has requested for
grant of legal aid.
In view of the same, let the accused namely Mohd. Jameel be
produced before Ld. Secretary, DLSA, Central District, THC, Delhi.
PW-1 stands discharged for today. He is bound down for next
date of hearing.

Apart from PW-1, let PW’s mentioned at Sr. No. 1 in the list of
witnesses be summoned afresh for next date of hearing.
