Present : Sh. Binay Kumar, AR of the complainant company.
The present case pertains to impugned bill dated
16.02.2026, due on 03.03.2026 and print date 08.04.2026, for a
sum of Rs. 3,66,849/-, raised on the basis of raid conducted on
21.01.2026 by the officials of complainant company and
consequently, the present case has been filed today i.e.
25.04.2026.
Adjournment sought by AR for the complainant
company for providing the details regarding settlement, if any, in
the present case.
Heard. Record perused.
As per section 223(1) proviso (1) BNSS, 2023,
cognizance of the offence can only be taken after giving the
accused an opportunity of being heard.
Accordingly, issue notice to the accused persons,
through SHO concerned and in addition dasti be given, on filing
of PF within seven days from today alongwith the report qua the
fact as to whether the present matter has been settled or not,
returnable for the next date of hearing.
Copy of complaint be also filed along with PF.
Put up for report on the notice on 15.09.2026.
