An application filed on behalf of respondent no.1 to
bring on record copy of order dated 27.07.2023 passed by
Hon’ble High Court whereby petition U/s 11(6) of Arbitration &
Conciliation Act filed by petitioner herein i.e. Mahavir
Transmission Limited has been allowed and HMJ Vinod Goyal
(retd.) has been appointed as Sole Arbitrator in the matter.
At this stage, counsel for petitioner prays for
adjournment as parties are making efforts for amicable settlement
in the matter.
On request, matter be listed for further proceedings
on 04.09.2023. Respondents no.1 and 2 may file reply in the
meantime with advance copy to counsel for petitioner.
