Two separate applications U/s 151 CPC have been
filed on behalf of plaintiff seeking exemption from filing
certified copy/original copies and from filing typed copies of dim
documents.
Heard. In view of the averments made in the
application as well as submissions made by counsel for plaintiff,
exemption granted subject to all just exceptions. The
applications accordingly stand disposed off.
An application U/o XI Rule 1(4) r/w Section 151
CPC seeking leave to file the additional documents has been
filed on behalf of the Plaintiff.
Heard. In view of the averments made in the
application and submissions made by counsel for plaintiff, leave
granted to the Plaintiff for filing the additional documents within
a period of 30 days from today along with the requisite
declaration on oath as provided under Order XI Rule 1(4) of CPC
as amended by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. The
application accordingly stand disposed of.

Issue notice of the petition to the respondents no.1
and 2 only on filing of PF/RC/Speed post and approved courier
for 03.08.2023. Issuance of notice to respondents no.3 to 6, who
are the Directors of respondent no.1 and respondent no.7, the
bank, is deferred at present. Steps be taken within a week.
