Plaint of the plaintiff is already returned by ld.
Predecessor of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2025 in CS
(comm.) No. 405/2025 on the ground of lack of territorial
jurisdiction. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that now
the plaintiff wants to file the suit in Haryana before the
appropriate Court and prayed that certificate regarding Court fees
return be issued.
In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel for
the plaintiff and in view of the order dated 05.08.2025, certificate
regarding return of Court fees be issued to the plaintiff.
Application is disposed off accordingly. Misc. file be attached
with main file and consigned to Record Room.
