On the request of the counsel for the plaintiff, be put up at 11.30 AM. At 11.19 AM Present: Ld. Counsel Mr. M.U. Rehman for the plaintiff. An application has been filed u/o 11 rule 1(5) CPC for placing on record the additional documents i.e. invoices no.96,130 and 203. It has been stated that these invoices could not be filed earlier due to inadvertence/oversight. The suit is at its initial stages and summons of the suit have not yet been issued to the defendant. Hence, no prejudice shall be caused to the defendant, if the additional documents are taken on record. Accordingly, the invoices are taken on record. Applications stands disposed off accordingly. Summons of the suit be issued to the defendant on filing of PF by all prescribed modes i.e. ordinary process, speed post, registered AD, approved courier and permissible electronic modes. Plaintiff shall also file the Pdf of the complete set of paper book to be served along with the summons electronically. Steps be taken within a week from today.
