CPC moved on behalf of one Sh. Abdul Saleem
Shah)
At this stage, ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that
the defendant has not provided the legible copies as undertaken
by the ld. Counsel on the last date of hearing i.e. 21.10.2024.
Ld. Counsel undertakes to supply the same during the course of
the day. Let the same be supplied as submitted against the
acknowlegment. Thereafter, replication, if any, be filed on or
before next date of hearing with an advance copy to the opposite
party.
It further transpires from the record that an
application dated 16.11.2024 under order 1 Rule 10 CPC moved
on behalf of one Sh. Abdul Saleem Shah was moved on
30.11.2024 alongwith the vakalatnama and documents as per the
index. Same be taken on record. At this stage, reply is filed on
behalf of the plaintiff to the said application. Copy received by
the ld. Counsel Sh. Harish Kumar.
At the request of the ld .counsel for the applicant,
let the matter be adjourned for arguments on the said application
on 06.05.2025.
