Replication filed on behalf of the plaintiff online. Hard Copy
filed in court today. Copy is stated to be already supplied. Same is taken on
record.
Additional affidavit of admission/denial of documents filed on
behalf of the defendant. Copy already supplied.
Certain clarification is required in terms of the additional
affidavit of admission/denial of documents filed on behalf of the defendant.
At request, on basis of the pleadings of the parties, the following
issues are framed:-
“1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of
recovery of money as prayed for ?OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for interest as
claimed. If yes at which rate and for which period?
OPP.
3. Relief, if any”.
No other issue arises or is pressed for. Both the parties are
directed to file list of witnesses atleast one week prior to NDOH.
Put up for PE/clarification on 14.07.2026. Advance copy of the
evidence affidavit of witnesses be supplied to the opposite side at least one
week before the next date of hearing.
The date has been given as per the convenience of Ld. Counsel
for the parties.
