Notably, it is seen from the record that since inception of the proceedings, there has been no representation on behalf of accused Kishan @ Badal. Upon being enquired, the said accused has submitted that he would ensure that his counsel is present before this Court on the next date of hearing. Needless to mention that the accused has been offered engagement of Legal Aid Counsel to represent him in the present case. However, the accused has denied the said proposal.
