Present: Sh. Arun Kumar, Proprietor of Decree Holder firm.
As per the record, the Judgment Debtor is a resident
of West Sagarpur, New Delhi (not within the territorial
jurisdiction of this court).
Now at this stage, Sh. Arun Kumar, Proprietor of
Decree Holder firm seeks permission to withdraw present
execution petition with liberty to file before the concerned court.
It is requested that the original documents be returned to the
decree holder.
Statement of Sh. Arun Kumar, Proprietor of Decree
Holder firm to this effect has been recorded separately in view of
which the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the court of
competent jurisdiction, in accordance with law.
On request, the original documents be returned to
the decree holder subject to placing on record the self attested
copies of the same.
